ENROLLMENT DEADLINE: Students must submit enrollment and pay the full premium amount by 8/31/22.
Enroll Online
Enroll Online using your credit card. You must enroll by August 31, 2022, to be eligible for coverage effective 8/1/22– 7/31/23.
Paper Enrollment
Enrollment form and full premium must be received by August 31, 2022, to be eligible for coverage effective 8/1/22– 7/31/23.

Open Enrollment Periods for Students: If you are a student in the Fall semester and eligible to purchase coverage and you choose not to enroll for coverage before the Annual Enrollment Deadline of August 31, 2022, you will not be eligible to enroll again until the start of next Fall.
