Need to help a student?

You can access student plan information through the Insurance Management within Partner Center. Here, you’ll be able to print an ID card, request a permanent card or access eligibility information. Preapproved Student Health Center staff can also access claim history and claim status.

Encouraging your students to establish a MyAccount space within will allow them to take control of their student health plan and access full plan information, provider and ancillary benefit details, claims history and any plan correspondence (in the Message Center of MyAccount). Students can also speak to a live customer service representative toll free by calling 1-800-505-4160, 7 am – 7 pm CST for assistance with:

  • Benefit questions
  • Claim questions
  • Change of address
  • Requesting a new ID card
  • MyAccount assistance
  • General questions
