- Spring/Summer Enrollment Deadline: 2/28/12

VOLUNTARY STUDENT ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
If you are a……
registered student enrolled in a minimum of 9 or more credit hours you are eligible to enroll with an Enrollment Form. Please see contact information to enroll below.
DEPENDENT ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Eligible students who do enroll may also insure their eligible dependents. Please see contact information to enroll below.
