SES is committed to resolve emergencies by doing whatever it takes…their goal is to save lives and solve problems.
There are many services provided by this program, below is just a sample of what is offered:
Emergency Medical Evacuation
If a member becomes ill or injured in an area of the globe where appropriate care is not available, they will be safely evacuated to the nearest facility that meets our rigorous standards.
When deemed medically necessary, SES will provide transportation home or to a specified health facility.
This benefit will arrange and pay the transportation costs for a loved one to join you wherever you are on the globe if it is expected that you will be hospitalized for more than seven days.
Foreign Hospital Admission Guarantee
Recognized worldwide, SES's partner Assist America can offer admission guarantee for members, and will advance funds directly to the treating facility if necessary, to guarantee the best of care.
Medical Consultation and Referrals
Medically certified, multilingual representatives are available 24/7 to evaluate, troubleshoot, and make immediate recommendations for any emergency situation.
Return of Mortal Remains
SES will arrange and pay for the necessary paperwork, body preparations and transport to bring the mortal remains of a covered individual home.
A connected, caring and medically savvy partner will stay with you for the duration of your emergency to ensure all of your needs are met.

Care for Minor Children
If you become sick or injured while traveling, and have a young child who will be unattended, arrangements will be made for local child care or pay for them to return home to a family member.
