FULL TIME

If you are a Full Time Undergraduate Student taking 12 or more credit hours or a Graduate or Matriculated Student taking 9 or more credit hours, you must enroll in or waive the school sponsored plan.

The waiver deadline is January 31, 2010.

All students who do not submit a valid waiver will be automatically charged for the Student Health Insurance Plan. Once you are enrolled, the coverage cannot be cancelled.
