Ramapo College of New Jersey Enroll / Waive Insurance

WAIVE

Ramapo handles all the waivers.  Student Health Insurance can only be waived on the Ramapo College Bursar’s Office website at www.ramapo.edu. Click on Forms, then Health Insurance Waiver Form. After answering the insurance questions, click on the Complete button. (Detailed instructions are also located on this page.)
 
If a waiver is not submitted by the deadline of September 12, 2008 for the fall term or January 30, 2009 for the spring term, the charge will remain on the student’s account and the student will be automatically be enrolled in the Plan. The Form will not be available after the waiver deadline dates stated above.
 
Note: Those students who submitted a waiver in the fall term do not need to resubmit a waiver in the spring term. Spring waivers are only for students who were not registered in the fall.

 

ENROLL

All full-time students and part-time F1 or J1 International Students are automatically enrolled in the plan and do not need to take any further action.

Part-time non-international students, eligible dependents of students, and summer term only students must enroll online directly with the insurance company by clicking here. The insurance premium charge will not appear on a student’s term bill.
