Check Claim Status

If you are a student and would like to check on the status of a claim that you or a provider submitted to UnitedHealthcare please click here.  You will need to have already set up a “My Account” and have your username and password available to login.
 
If you do not already have a “My Account” and would like to set one up at this time please do so by clicking here.  Please click “Create an Account” on the left hand side of the screen and follow the instructions for “Create an Account”.  Please note: you will need either your current email address or your seven digit ID number (found on your permanent ID card) to create your online account.
